When you choose to apply for a job using Apply with LinkedIn, we temporarily receive the following basic profile information from LinkedIn:

  • Your profile picture (if available)
  • Your LinkedIn user identifier (OpenID “sub”)

We do not request or access your employment history, connections, posts, or any other private LinkedIn data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your LinkedIn data is used only for the following purposes:

  1. To autofill the job application form on our website
  2. To allow you to apply quickly without manually entering your information
  3. To attach your contact details to the job application you submit

We do not use this information for:

  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Data analytics
  • Sharing with third parties

Your data is not stored permanently unless it becomes part of your submitted job application.

3. How Long We Store Your Data

  • If you submit the job application, your provided data becomes part of your application record.
  • If you do not submit, any LinkedIn data fetched is not stored and is discarded immediately after the page is closed or refreshed.

We do not store LinkedIn access tokens or passwords.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties.

Your data is only shared with:

  • The employer receiving your job application
  • Our internal system to process your application

We do not share your LinkedIn profile with anyone else.

5. Security Measures

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • Secure encrypted communication (HTTPS)
  • Temporary session-based storage
  • Limited access to sensitive data

However, no internet-based system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
